The ASB Series has a range of capabilities to integrate the properties of multiple materials into one component.
These capabilities include fastening/bonding composites or carbon graphite to support the metal structure, or performing an overmolding/sandwich molding of one material and another material, such as a thermoplastic.
This integration can better solve the possibility of problems.
ASB-0664、ASB-0670
Track pads and wear strips made of composite liners are bonded to metal holders to increase demand for high load applications.
ASB-0826 & ASB-3000
Higher thermal performance than ASB-0664 and ASB 0670. Suitable for bushings that require high loads and self-lubricating properties.
ASB-5000 SERIES
A carbon graphite component with a metal coating is suitable for applications where the polymer composite is not suitable due to thermal insufficiency. Metallic coatings reduce assembly difficulty, while carbon graphite liners exhibit self-lubricating properties and wear resistance in oxidizing environments up to 675°C (1250°F).
